A one-stop-shop, Citynet offers products and services from the circuit to the desktop for small and medium businesses, along with Internet access and Digital Phone Service to business and residential customers.

Citynet prides ourselves on being very old fashioned when it comes to customer service. Our customers have 24x7x365 access to our Technical Support Center where our highly trained technicians provide immediate help. Our technicians personally answer calls from our WV headquarters location - not some "off-shore" call center.

Our primary focus is in three areas of communications and network managed services:

Residential: Our Residential services include high speed and dial-up internet access, Residential Digital Phone, and a full service, online Account Manager that provides instant and complete control of all Citynet services.

Business: Citynet's Business services are next generation, state-of-the-art services that allow our business customer a full menu of services to improve their communications abilities and profitability.

Reseller: Utilizing Citynet's network, infrastructure, back office systems, and experience, we offer customized versions of our products to be resold as customer branded packages.

Citynet's corporate offices are located in Bridgeport, West Virginia. We have other significant work centers in Charleston, WV, Morgantown, WV, and Columbus, OH. Our main switching centers are in Pittsburgh, PA, and Columbus, OH.
