Business Digital Phone

Since we introduced our Digital Phone Service nearly a year ago, more and more West Virginia businesses are taking advantage of the services and features available through Citynet Digital Phone. "I am very pleased and encouraged that our regional business leaders are taking the necessary steps to bring their communications services into the new age. No longer are today’s businesses going to be strapped by boring traditional services or legacy phone systems" said Ben Randolph, Director – Channel Partner Program.

Combining these services with world class local support provides for an unparalleled communications experience. Digital Phone will soon be building on our existing feature set to include electronic faxing and many other new features. Be watching future newsletters for information on upcoming services that will be available soon to our business customers.

CityCare

There are few things more difficult to understand, yet exceedingly important to today’s business owner, than making certain that the internal computer network is running at top efficiency and running all the time. Down time can be unbelievably costly in lost productivity, poor customer service, lost orders, and worse – loss of revenue.

Citynet can help! Our CityCare Managed Network Services provides business owners absolute piece of mind, knowing that your in-house network will be monitored 24x7x365 (via our NetPulse service); that all software updates are managed properly; that your software and hardware is maintained properly – with sufficient memory and speed; we even provide trend analysis and recommendations on how to keep your network running at its peak!

Craig Behr, VP/General Manager says, "CityCare is a highly affordable service that is tailored to each businesses requirement. We provide two levels of protection: Gold and Platinum levels are available. You choose the level you feel is best for your business."

CityCare information is available at our website: www.citynet.net/citycare.cfm or by calling your Citynet Account Manager, today.

CALU Partnership

Citynet and California University of Pennsylvania have developed a training partnership that will benefit both organizations. "Citynet desired top notch employee development training and CALU desired scholarship support for their students. They provide wonderful business training via the Covey Principals which matched our requirement to a T", said Frank Boscarillo, COO, Citynet.

CALU senior executive staff will be providing their time and effort to train Citynet’s management staff in several upcoming training seminars. Citynet, in turn, will fund an endowed "Citynet Technology Scholarship". The scholarship will allow CALU to provide support funding to a student that is majoring in one of their technology majors.

"The Citynet/CALU partnership is a great example of how businesses can work with education to meet everyone’s requirements. Citynet’s employee’s gain strong business and personal training to aid them in their business responsibilities, and CALU gains financial support to our students at no cost to the university", said Ron Paul, Executive Director of the Character Education Institute at California University of Pennsylvania.

Information about California University of Pennsylvania is available at their website at: www.cup.edu
