How to set up Virtual PBX (private branch exchange)

PBX (private branch exchange) is best described as speed dial. You can create your own extension groups and extensions to quickly dial those numbers you most often use. For example:
1. Create an extension group named My Extensions.
    -Click on "Create an Extension Group"
    -Enter the name in "Extension Group Name"
2. Enter an Extension number, for example 2
Select a dial action;
        A. Either dial your existing digital number
        B. A different number or
        C. A dial plan.
I entered my office phone number, so whenever I dial 2, a call to my office is placed.
3. Repeat step 2 until you have entered all the numbers you want in this group.
